30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee
If you're not completely delighted with your purchase, simply let us know within 30 days of your order. Digital products such as our NuKiwi Reports will receive a full refund. If you purchased a physical/service package product such as our NuKiwi Packs, we'll provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions. All items must be included and be in new, saleable condition. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good condition, we'll provide a prompt refund of the merchandise and any unused portion of your consultation time. Sorry, we can not refund any of the original freight, insurance, tax or duty costs associated with sending the package to you, nor can we reimburse any of the freight and related costs associated with the return of the package to us. We reserve the right to apply a restock charge, not to exceed 10%.

Shipping to Countries Outside New Zealand
We will ship your parcel via international airmail or an express courier. Your shipping cost is based on the method of shipment selected. All shipping charges are in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges are subject to change and we reserve the right to pass along additional costs for shipping.

Please remember, in some countries there may be duties and taxes imposed on your order that aren't reflected in our prices. Check with your local Customs Office for those charges. Most of our customers think they're a small price to pay for the quality of the merchandise and service received. All our pricing and shipping charges are in U.S. funds.

Note: Sorry, but we are not able to ship our merchandise to the following countries: Afghanistan, Algeria, Bosnia–Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Burundi, Belarus, Cambodia, Cuba, Ghana, Guinea, Iran, Iraq, Kyrgyzstan, Liberia, Libya, Mexico, Mongolia, Montenegro, Nigeria, North Korea, Rwanda, Serbia, Somalia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Yugoslavia and Zaire.

How to return something to us:

Locate your packing slip which was included with your order.
Contact us via email or fax, provide us with your name, address and order number, and request a return authorization number (you must have a valid number or your parcel will be returned).
Let us know if you would like to have your applicable refund provided in the form of a refund check, or a credit to your credit card.
Enclose a copy of your packing slip and clearly write the return authorization number on the return label of the address we provide to you.
Send your return to us, at the address provided, via insured Airmail and contact the local customs office regarding the return of applicable duties and taxes, if any.

Consulting Time Calculations (Including Research and Optional Concierge Services)
Consulting time includes all time expended to process and respond to specific questions; to research specific questions and prepare related summaries or reports; to provide optional concierge services; and to correspond, fax, email or otherwise communicate with the client. All time is rounded to the nearest five-minute increment. Additional consultation time may be purchased in one-hour increments at the regular rate of US$100 per hour. Consulting time may be used for up to one year from the date of purchase, after which time it will expire. If circumstances dictate the use of professional legal, accounting, investment, or similar services, we will endeavor to provide introductions to the appropriate expert.

Response Times for Paid Consultation Services
We will endeavor to respond to your questions within no more than two (2) business days. Our consultants typically strive for a 24-hour response time.

Privacy
Your privacy is very important to us. NuKiwi does not sell or otherwise provide its customer information to any third parties for purposes of direct marketing. We utilize WebTrendsLive for web traffic analysis and to track non user-specific information such as site hits and page popularity. Unlike some services, WebTrendsLive does not have a database of individual profiles for each visitor. WebTrendsLive only collects aggregate data. Account Reservation/Activation
NuKiwi Packs include information for establishing various New Zealand accounts and services. At your request, we will reserve certain accounts for you by notifying the providers of various services that you plan to utilize their service. We will provide introductions and application assistance to the appropriate firm. Final arrangements, paperwork, payment and activation will be handled between you and the service provider.

Substitutions & Changes
Items you receive may differ slightly from those pictured or described due to improvements or modifications made by the manufacturer or provider. We reserve the right to substitute similar merchandise of equal or greater value if required due to circumstances beyond our control or in the interests of improving our service. Prices and offerings are subject to change without notice.
